Difficulties with logging in

Some members have been unable to access the members only web pages despite appearing to have logged in. This is almost certainly due to the cookie (privacy) settings on their browser. If you have had such difficulties, please download the short help note here

Don't have a password?
(or need a reminder?)

Please enter your Post Code into the "Password" box (overseas members - please enter your Country. If your country is a two word name use an underscore for the space, i.e. HONG_KONG).

Then enter your email address in the box below and click on 'Send me a password".

If these details are recognised then an email will be sent to you with your password, otherwise, for your security,  your password will be sent by Royal Mail. If the email address is left blank, then the password will be sent by Royal Mail.

Any email should be received within a few minutes. If an email fails to arrive or in the event of any other difficulty please contact the webmaster
